They sure do now show me where the test scores and grades haven't improved along with the graduation rate? Maybe you know something I dont

As a resident of PG, I wonder about comments like these. I can only imagine that you would make this kind of dumb prediction if you believed that the outcome was in your best interest. Why would PG County having a bad school system be in your interest? Why is PG County so damn threatening to people? Do you think that if our schools got better and our home values rose, yours would drop or something? What kind of amateurish understanding of economics would lead you to think this?

Lame.

How exactly would the bar be getting lower across the entire county? You must not be used to hearing good news about a school system in this area. Sorry.

I really am not. Only news I hear from PG county is always bad news. Glad to hear kids are improving.

What bad news is this?

Take your pick. Bad news from PG county is not hard to find. Just go to local news website.

Yet your on this board, confused as to why? There is plenty of good news that come's out of PG, just like anything else if something doesn't fit a certain narrative your promoting its ignored

You must not have searched for PG recently, because we are getting lots of good news- development, transit, increased diversity, rising property values.

Hmm.

Including PG Park & Planning winning an unprecedented 6 Gold Medal Award. The only Park & Recreational department in the country to win 6. I would put PG Park & Recreational department and amenities up against any county in the country

M-NCPPC wins sixth Gold Medal Award, most in the U.S.

So instead of moving, sending your children to private school, or homeschooling, you are just letting your children get a sub par education and bashing the place you live on an anonymous forum?

Yes, that sounds perfectly plausible. I am sure you are telling the truth.

Four national merit finalists

I'm not sure how many national Achievement Scholars in the past (the NMS for black students) but the program transitioned over to the UNCF as of 2015

I can easily believe PP IS telling the truth. A lot of working people do not have choices.
