Why don't you look that up and let us know?

Because the typical PG basher doesn't really know much about the county. They "just know" everything sucks, they've never been there and get their information about the county by reading headlines and hearing radio sound bites but never actually read the articles. Especially here on DCUM where the number of MoCk and NoVa posters is high.

Once you''ve read DCUM for a while, you''ll recognize the type that regularly respond reflexively out of ignorance.

I'm the first pp. I actually live in pg, and used to teach in a district like it, so I know the stat games districts often play to show "improvement".

If you know the "stat games" why are you asking for statistics?

More then what would be if they hadn't graduated in the first place that's for sure. Doesn't matter how "ready" you are for college if your not walking across the stage

My point is are they educating them better? Or just finding a way to graduate them?

My point is when the graduation rate was lower why was no one suggesting that PG schools were GREAT because the curriculum is sooo intense that most can't pass

I guess consistency must bother you, since in one post you ask for a statistic, and then in the next you suggest statistics are invalid.

Some statistics are more useful than others.

Why would anyone with a brain suggest that?

Why not? If the graduation rate is up and people are suggesting that it's only because the courses are easier (totally false btw), then is it wrong to suggest that if the grad rate was down its because the courses are difficult and teachers aren't passing students simply to pass them?
