Dance Factory in Arlington hosts dance mixers, some on the rooftop I believe, though it's not a club. But the crowd there might be in the know if you go and ask them.

Arthur Miller (or maybe it's Joy of Motion) dance parties at their studio in Bethesda

In MoCo, Potomac Grill on Rockville Pike leans older.
