Wonder how the parents kept their name out of the news . It is usually reported.

How uppity a place is Ris? I mean, do you think these are wealthy/highly-educated people?

I, too, wondered why their name was mentioned in the news.

The kids are both under 2 though. It's not like the kids have friends who read the news.

They're probably from France. Coneheads maybe.

The cops apparently went into Ris to arrest them.

Ummmm, you do realize that the grandparents raised those winner parents, right?
At what point do we stop blaming parents for the mistakes their kids make and start holding people accountable for their own lousy choices? If you raise your kid not to rape women or drink and drive (or whatever bad behavior you want to insert) and they grow up to do it anyway, will you go to jail for your kid because you raised them? Or will you be shocked that your child made a choice counter to the values you raised them with? Everyone is responsible for their own choices. Some people get a better foundation than others but ultimately it's still their choice to behave badly.

AMEN!!

Looks like the adults are identified in this article: http://www.washingtonpost.com/local/crime/dc-police-arrest-man-woman-after-toddlers-found-alone-in-car-in-northwest/2015/02/01/58969fe8-aa52-11e4-abe8-e1ef60ca26de_story.html
