What's the cutest thing your pet has done today?

My dog is dreaming. He's probably thinking of playing endless games of fetch and chasing after his beloved tennis balls; every couple of minutes his legs twitch in his sleep and he makes little happy grunting noises.

He ate his own vomit then he gave me a big wet kiss on my cheek. He is just so darn cute!

I am pregnant and my cat now won't leave my side. She sleeps with me (with her head on my belly). She gets up and follows me to the kitchen or bathroom, waits, and then comes back to bed for more belly snuggles. I feel very loved

Took a dump on the carpet and I stepped in it with bare feet.

My snake and lizard got their pictures taken with Santa today.

The guinea pig "popcorned" this morning (jumped in the air with all 4 feet off the ground and chirped) when my son walked into the room. He then ran to the side of the cage closest to him, stretched up his full length, ran twice around and came back. He purred when my son picked him up. "Come get me, please!" Very cute that he wanted his buddy!

I got the ladder out to adjust something at the top of the Christmas tree. My cat could hardly wait for me to get down so he could scamper to the top and sit there staring into space.

My dog is napping next to me as I eat my lunch at the kitchen counter…every so often he lets out a deep, soulful sigh as if he's saying"Ah…life is good" and it sure is when I hear that.

I love the "nnnnnmmmmmppphhhhgggggeeeeee" yawn/sigh of doggie contentment. My blood pressure drops immediately.

My cat, who has daily rules of revolving acceptable places to pet, just rolled over on her back to expose her belly for rubbing.

We almost never get belly rubbing days round here.

She is purring like a tiny jet engine.

When my dog saw me climb into bed, she promptly climbed into her own bed too.

I found a dingleberry on the kitchen floor today but no suspects. Went into the bedroom, walked two steps into the hall and I see a man size poo on my carpet. I see someone looking shifty and asked if he did that and he said no, but I know who did. She's under the bed.

LIAR !

Got a new comforter set today. Took everything out of the plastic bag and by the time I had gotten everything on my bed, the cat was sitting in the plastic bag. Just sitting. Looking yonder.

Every night when we close down the house we carry the dog into our bedroom and put her at the foot of the bed. Then we fuss around with changing out of our clothes, checking on the babies, brushing our teeth, etc. By the time we turn to get into bed, the dog has curled up on DH's pillow. Dh doesn't have the heart to move her, so the dog and I lay face to face while DH tries to move around her. I am a very light sleeper and in the middle of the night I always wake up at some point. The dog is always either curled against my stomach or the back of my knees.
