A couple of points.
Israel is not strong, it is heavily aided by the US.
Israel can not fully defend herself without the US.
Palestinians were not the enemy, Israelis made them into the enemy. The real enemy was Germany and Israel CAN NOT FIGHT GERMANY (in all ways).
Israel is projecting anger onto the Palestinians, and that makes Israel feel strong.
Even if Israel looks at other past enemies like Russia, Poland, Romania, Austria, France, England... she could not fight them.

The Palestinians are pawns in the Arab world. This is my point. As "refugees" if the Arab world really cared about them, they'd open their borders and let them in.

Judaism places such high value on human life that Israelis will trade hundreds of prisoners for one- just one- Israeli.

Enough is enough. Israelis have lived in fear everyday of their lives. It's time to destroy those tunnels and missile sights once and for all.

I guarantee African Americans and Hispanics are not sitting around wringing their hands over what you and some white pollsters think given that these same organizations will define minorities in any light that will give people like yourself justification and affirmation that minorities are incapable of thinking for themselves.

Interesting point about blacks and Hispanics supporting Israel. Perhaps it's a general understanding for the right and need for self preservation?

I'm a staunch supporter of Israel and, looking at my Facebook friends, those who are posting similar supportive messages are my politically conservative Jewish friends, my religious Jewish friends (many of whom are Dems) and my religious Christian friends.

I've mentioned this on another thread but a sizable population of American Jews are self hating.

Why SHOULD the Palestinians go somewhere else? They have a home already.
