My complexion (other than a few forehead lines), teeth, and hair still look great. It's my body that's falling apart. I have got to get it together with exercise and diet before it's too late. I turned 44 in February.

By 41, lack of sleep, poor diet, not enough time for exercising, left me with crows feet, dry skin, and the first signs of wrinkles on my forehead. Unbelievable that all this happened in one year.

Huh? Do you mean when you gave birth in you 30s and then you aged when you hit 40?

I was 40 when I gave birth.

Oh ok, I think that births later in life tend to wear you down more than those earlier on.

I'm 39. When I look back on photos of myself just 4 years ago, I look 10 years younger. I'd say 35-40 are really aging.

For me, I started going downhill at 36 as I underwent fertility treatments. I am in peri menopause now in my early 40s and I look terrible.

I think it happens much more gradually and continuously with women than with men.

Any tips to help the process be kinder? For ex, drinking more water?

Like it won't happen to you. Just you wait.

Unfortunately, the only tips I have are retinoids, and a little Botox and fillers- just don't go overboard.

I'm 39 and I have aged tremendously in the last 4 years but I've had two kids in that time.

Sunscreen

Exercise

I've done neither and it's hell trying to reverse the damage.

Stay out of the sun. Sunscreen daily.
