I like it, and everthing Ive bought has held up really well. I haven't bought any tops there, and I don't like the dresses or anything that looks overly "Athleta" because of the pattern.

Love the Tinker Tank for yoga.

Want to love them but the colorways don't suit me and the tops are too long in the body for me.

We also like the bra swimsuits.

Love the skorts and love the casual summer dresses. Wore their stuff nearly every day this summer, it seemed!

I really want to like Athleta and I do like their yoga type pants, I wear those to the gym. However I think everything else in there is dowdy. I'm tall and the dresses are way to long.

My mom who is 60 loves Athleta and it looks great on her, she is in very good shape, but is starting to get to that age where she needs to cover up more, due to varicose veins and a few bumps and older looking skin.

For me, I'm fit and have great legs and skin, so I'm not ready to shop at a store like Athleta just yet. I think it depends on what season of life you are in. I also think if you are younger, but a bit out of shape, then Athleta might be a good fit for you.

It is most definitely "mom clothes".

just out of curiosity, where do you ladies shop for athletic wear then?

Overpriced. Not impressed. I bought a few things there and they were not worth the price. I wore them so little I have already sold them at a consignment store.

I wear their yoga type pants for the gym, but stay away from their swimwear and casual clothes.

For casual clothes I enjoy boutique shopping that carry lesser known brands/designers.

I don't get this. The dresses I have from there are all short. As are the sports. http://athleta.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=93758&vid=1&pid=581198002

What planet on you on? Plenty of their skirts and dresses are 3-4 inches above the knee.

Yeah. This dress is definitely for someone old and out of shape.

I think someone needs a reality check.
