Asians are by nature courteous and respectful. They drive that way too. The problem is that we non-Asians are the opposite of courteous and respectful when we drive. We expect to dart in and out of traffic, speed, and run red lights. It confuses us to run up against drivers who obey the laws, let pedestrians have the right of way, and allow others in front of them.

Not OP here but I must say that not talking the overall population of bad drivers BUT most Asian people are bad drivers as a whole. They go slow as hell do nit stay in lanes and just change lanes when they want without disregard for others. I'm not saying that there are not other races who drive bad but overall most Asians do. This is a common belief by many... Maybe not the uber PC DCUM moms but yeah it's a dirty little secret we all think!

Personally, when someone begins a sentence with "I'm not trying to be racist", I feel like they are about to prove that they will need to try a lot harder. I'm surprised that the OP hasn't mentioned that some of her best friends are Asian.
