Where would you live if you won Mega Millions?

I think I would stay where I am. DH, on the other hand, I don't know.

Florence.

I'd do the same.

House here - don't know where, but in the city. Apartments in NYC and Paris, and a house at the beach (Outer Banks, most likely).

All of you who just listed 1 or 2 places - you won $200 million! Live a little.

I would love that also, except I don't speak Italian. . .

Oh yeah, ditto that! Maybe get a condo somewhere warm, too. We'll need it when we get tired of the NW grey.

Okay then, living a little-

I'd move to a nice college town and also have a home on my husband's family's home island.

I'd buy whatever historical fixer-upper had the most potential, and then fix it up.

Plus, I'd want a place in Prague!

You can learn. It is not rocket science.

Tortola, BVI.
And someplace without a name in Costa Rica
and Paris or London- not sure which.
And I would keep my current place and my job (teacher) and pretend like nothing happened.

I do this fantasy thing when I'm really stressed out

I would love to have a home in Vienna. So close to everything in Europe and an amazing art scene. And a house somewhere in the mountains, maybe Vermont or Colorado. And of course, I would buy an amazing home in this area, plus one for my parents who currently live too far away from us, but I think could be persuaded to move if the cost was not an issue

Sad thing is, I don't even know where in this area I would buy if money was no object. I'm so practical, I have never even looked at things that are way outside of my league. Would probably just make me feel like an underachiever

Ha! You're talking to an aerospace engineer here. Never said it was rocket science, just said I don't speak Italian. I DO speak some other languages though.

Understood, but if you wanted to speak it, you could.

I'm just sayin'.

Use some of your winnings to hire a private tutor. You could learn quickly!
