I want all three, but can only afford to hire one of these professionals

If I had money I’d get the cleaner. In my lifetime I’ve only ever had one therapist who helped me and she was the tough-love kind that you can’t even find anymore (I was a teenager.) now they all seem to agree with whatever you say. May as well talk to AI!
Personal training I would find embarrassing. I much prefer group classes and I attend 6 or 7 a week.

Really?!?

Call me shallow, but a clean house absolutely makes me happy. Add in a thin waistline and I’m walking on air!

+2

Most therapists suck, living in a clean environment and feeling good in your body go a long way toward happiness.

House cleaner and personal trainer.

The exercise will help with your mood and motivation. The clean house too.

And once your house is cleaned regularly, it will be easier for you to maintain if you want to cut that expense and switch to therapy. Not that I think you will go back to doing it yourself once you live the good life.

Personal trainer— exercise will boost your mood and give you energy

Also it’s the easiest one to wean off to DIY if you want to switch later

What is the extent of therapy needs? If you’re suicidal or have serious trauma, do therapy.

GLP and a monthly housekeeper- you’ll feel better about yourself and your environment, and won’t need a therapist

None a weekly massage instead.

Personal trainer: you will get visible results and feel these results in your body and mind. Your mood will be lifted, which will result in less need for therapy, and more energy for cleaning.

Regular housekeeping for sure!!

Journaling instead of a therapist.

GLP instead of a personal trainer. It was so much easier to build muscle and work out once I'd lost weight.

Same. I'm not sure being thin makes me happy, but being chubby made me incredibly unhappy. Nothing can bring me to tears faster than a dress/pants that are too tight.

Clean house is amazing!!

House cleaner. It really quenches my anxiety and improves my self esteem which allows me to take on other hard tasks.

I have all three- and I appear to be the only one to say personal trainer. I would do a personal trainer weekly - get a plan to work out two more times by yourself (get a trainer who guilts you when you don't follow through). I would get a housecleaner but start off monthly as well. I would skip therapy because I think the personal training (not to be all Tom Cruise) will give you a natural high and heck mine sort of acts like a therapist.

I’d start with a personal trainer and see whether the regular exercise and strength building improved your mood and focus enough to tackle the things you don’t currently have energy for.

House cleaning. Then find a good fitness influencer to follow/try to get outside and enjoy the nice weather.

With a clean house and exercise you may find yourself happier and not in need of therapy. Get together with girlfriends for a social pick me up instead.
