Also, strengthens your lungs and sends more oxygen to combat pathogens. You could also take warm showers and take zinc lozenges and multi-vitamins. Does it help with Norovirus? No, but there are always pathogens in our bodies and you are making your body overall healthier to combat Norovirus. Remember, unless the viral load of norovirus is high enough to overwhelm your immune system, your body can usually fight the norovirus. |

You don’t need to do this OP. You are fine because you ate at restaurant. —had norovirus last year and slept next to DH who didn’t get it AND have health anxiety. A better use of time is work on the anxiety. |
DP. If Chinese medicine is so great, why did Covid and SARS originate there and why weren't these superior methods able to contain it? And changing body pH is unscientific garbage. The body has many mechanisms to tightly regulate pH to stay within an extremely narrow range around 7.4, because if it doesn't stay in this range, the consequences are seizures, coma, and death. The only method to make it deviate from this range for any length of time is to become extremely sick, such as septic shock, kidney failure, or DKA. You can hold your breath or hyperventilate if you want, but all that will do is make you dizzy or pass out. In which case you will be vomiting anyway from the concussion you get hitting your head on the way down, and your pH will still be 7.4. |
