I cook different things when I’m snowed in at my house with nothing to do than when I’m scrambling around at the end of a busy day, but ymmv

I'll be trying to eat out of my well-stocked freezer and pantry. I have frozen turkey burgers, pork tenderloin, chicken breasts, and sausages. I'll be making sides of pasta, sweet potatoes, and coconut rice. Tons of veggies on hand - I'll roast brussels sprouts, saute zucchini with onion, make cucumber salad & also a green bean salad. Lots of naan and sourdough, plus breads my mom made for us at Christmas.
