I would take a look first before getting too miffed. Purdue and IU had a joint campus in Indy - IUPUI - but it has broken up and now Purdue is solidly Purdue in Indy and has made big investments there. It could be a good fit. The degree will say Purdue West Lafayette |

It’s still Elmore and it’s still Purdue. The degree isn’t going to say Purdue Fort Wayne. Indy is an expansion of West Lafayette. I understand people might not like the location but it isn’t a lesser option. |

DC accepted for Exploratory Studies (not first choice aeronautical). Anyone have experience with ES, transferring into FYE, and then declaring major? |

does west lafayette have direct electrical engineering or is it undeclared engineering first year only?
my kid got into electrical engineering, honors , 10K but in Indy--she thought that was the main campus--we are p#@$ssed, im going to call them tomorrow but i dont think they will let her switch |

Did acceptance letter say honors? I ask bc DS applied for honors program but thinks he’ll bear in February. Maybe kids who got in were told today? |
