If you "feel the cold" which one thing helps most?

So true, I have a list of chores they warm me up-
Changing sheets
Vigorous vacuuming
Etc

When I faced this issue about 25+ years ago I packed up the car and moved to Florida. Now I'll admit there are a few drawbacks to that plan and some people might even say they are not able to live where they want but I overcame all obstacles and made it work. Zero regrets.

Please get your blood levels checked. You sound like you have a low red blood cell count and that is very unhealthy. It is not normal to be so sensitive to cold. Could also be thyroid/hormonal.

It’s very hard to stay warm if your head, neck, & lower back aren’t covered.

I work at home in a drafty old house.

Here's what I do already:

Run a space heater under my desk
Wear long underwear top under sweaters (but don't love the texture and hate the pants)
Wear LL Bean slippers during the day (like these: https://www.llbean.com/llb/shop/83162)

Am considering:

Wool tights
Merino long underwear
Heated vest

Also, maybe considering:

Iron supplements
Going back to work in an office

What works for you? What's the thing you couldn't get through winter without?

Same here, although I have now retired. And I bet my old drafty house is colder than yours is (because it costs far too much to heat to a comfortable temp--I live in a northern state).
Really warm slippers.
I layer a cotton long-sleeved top under a wool sweater. When that isn't enough, I add a merino long sleeved top in between.
I only wear long underwear (not the thermal kind, it really isn't that warm) when it's also really cold outside, which is also when my house is coldest (especially if it's cold AND windy). I wear a lightweight synthetic but the best I ever had was lambswool or silk.
I have an electric throw but it's awkward and often the cord would get tangled up in my office chair wheels, or a corner of the throw would slip down. A wool shawl is great. My son bought me a heater that surrounds your lower legs and covers your thighs (like a cub missing a bottom and one side. I used these only for those really cold windy days (I'd have to replace the siding on my house and also have it wrapped, which I can't really afford; house has insulation of course but the original board walls plus tarpaper plus wood siding lets cold air in.
You have to get up and move around periodically to generate some body heat. Sadly, my job did not allow for that. Homemade chai (use a recipe that includes a little black pepper) is also good.

I started strength training with weight machines twice a week last April and have felt a lot less cold this winter, perhaps due to better circulation and increased muscle mass.

I tried everything already said here. Everything. When I was still cold, we moved.

Tea, layers, and good wool socks are key for me.

Also, dog cuddles. My dog is available occasionally if you would like to borrow him.

Everything mentioned PLUS treadmill desk. Walking all day long makes a huge difference. Sometimes I even feel *slightly* warm!

A wearable blanket and slippers. I also have a pair of uber warm pajamas and I look like Bigfoot in them, but wouldn’t trade them for the world. My DH and kids got them for me last Christmas and it was the best gift ever.

Cold Calm - we swear by it.

I put electric throws on my work chair, on the couch and tucked in the blankets on my side of the bed. Also wear Ugg slippers.

I received a merino gaiter ( like a turtleneck without the shirt) for Christmas, and it has improved my life.
