Get rid of the so called non-profits who hoard all the field permits for rec, but then make the rec experience suck and draft everyone into travel and let the travel kids use all the nice fields.

Wasn't the county set up to run the rec program? We've diluted the travel pool and ruined the rec program due to non-profits who are all out to profit of the players and use the county resources.

If clubs want to use public fields this should be the price to pay.

It sounds like the focus is not on regulating the private teams but putting more public funds into school programs and non-profit youth sports organizations to ensure greater access.
