What are your New Year’s resolutions?

Practice yoga. Still debating whether to do it daily of about 10 minutes or 3 times per week for 15-20 minutes.

Improve my handwriting . . . it's pretty good but used to be impeccable when I was writing by hand more often. The plan is to dedicate time to practice and try to get the magic back.

Daily for ten minutes is better

To cut out all GMOs entirely. Eat as many single ingredient foods as possible. Nothing with bioengineered ingredients. One of my main foci for 2026.
