What makes you doubt the story is true? FCPS has said that they let trans students use the facilities for the gender they ID as (that’s the whole dispute with the Trump admin’s Title IX thing).

The complaint says West Springfield has about 2250 kids. Clearly it was drafted by someone who knew little about the school and couldn't be bothered to get their facts right.

This is cray cray. The Progressives have lost their minds, and they want to impose their agenda on everyone else.

This isn't hard. But the Progressives have to turn everything into MAJOR DRAMA.

If you want to be equitable, set up separate bathrooms for biological girls who identify as males, and for biological boys who identify as females. That way everybody is happy. The trans want to use the regular bathrooms. Sure, so long as they go to whatever their biological sex is. No can do using the opposite sex because that opens up a whole can of worms.

Is there nobody left in Fairfax County with any common sense? Parents in Loudoun County have had screaming matches with the school board over these policies. Loudoun threw out the George Soros-backed AG after several girls were raped by one guy wearing a skirt in a girl's bathroom.

My DD has 2 trans friends. She actually swam with one on swim team. This kid made sure she had a stall, and got out of there as quickly as possible with her head down.
