The article states "a 14-year-old girl entered the girls’ locker room at West Springfield High School and changed into clothes for gym class, but as she was leaving the locker room, the girl encountered a male student who has “facial hair” and was “wearing pants that were so tight they clearly outlined his genitalia” standing inside the girls’ locker room and watching the girls preparing for P.E. class."

Would anyone be able to explain how this is acceptable?

Read the entire story and/or watch the TV segment and see parents words. Was a sophomore boy- non trans- who would go into the girls locker room and observed girls as they changed. If we take this to the logical (or illogical) conclusion, any FCPS locker room or bathroom must open its doors to anyone. Not sure this is what FCPS in all their “wisdom” had in mind.

FCPS says it’s acceptable and is doing nothing to protect girls in locker rooms. Read the title IX complaint.
