Apparently we're getting CogAT this week

DP my 3rd grader got identified last year—just checked— still no report and tomorrow is not a an MCPS workday.

My kid was also identified last year - nothing yet in ParentVue for us either.

Y’all got me excited that the thread popped back up. They posted the CES letters at like 7pm. I suspect these might get released this evening

Ha, I am not the only weirdo who has to restrain themselves from obsessively checking for this stuff, even though it doesn't even really matter for anything. Thanks for making me feel more normal!

(And please do post when they're up! I recently discovered that ParentVue tracks how many times you log in, and now there's a small piece of me that imagines a teacher or principal somehow seeing my stats and being like "oof, that is one wacko parent", and so I try to restrain myself to only a couple of times a week at most just in case...)

HAHA I know. Once I realized it logs you, I tried to restrain myself. However, I just recently checked so now you don't have to. Nothing is up, at least when I check 10 minutes ago.

Teachers and admin really do not have time to be checking ParentVue logins.

But obsessively checking isn’t going to change the results.

True… but I would like to know the results.

I was much more anxious when the CES letters were going to be posted

Tomorrow, Friday June 6, is a professional day, Central Office and IT staff should be working. I bet they will be posted tomorrow.

No one has time to check your stats on logins, they are more likely to notice you don't log in at all then you obsessively check, but really I'm sure you have better things to do, like check DCUM.

I try to restrain myself from logging in also because of that, so I guess we’re normal since there are at least two of us. No one cares about my obsessive checking, but I don’t want to see my own record of OCD.

Thanks, didn’t realize staff works tomorrow.

Ok will post if I see anything unless I see a bunch of others already posting about it.

Ha! NP here who also has been obsessively checking for results. I don’t know why I even care so much since the results are not consequential. But I like having as much data/info on my kids as possible to inform how to support and challenge them.

Hmm not for me yet… what’s the first letter of your last name PP? Wonder if it’s by name or by school

Ours is up too. The info on the subscores is what I really wanted to know, so I'm glad to have that, but will admit I was kinda curious to see the locally normed percentiles since everyone claims that MCPS is so high above national norms.and am bummed that was left blank (I assume for everyone.)
