I wear pretty normal clothes (sweater and jeans) but I whiten my teeth, have worn lashes, wear makeup and have even had a nose job. I don't think beauty practices necessarily make you look trashy. Usually it's the choice of clothing (like, corset top, tight jeans and high heels) plus talon-like nails (which IME men don't even notice.) I do see a lot of Latinas decked out like this.

I think it's highly likely that a woman like that and I would not get along well. If she wants to do that and doesn't mind me being schlubby, we'd be fine though.

Poster, I have to ask this question. Did your mom dress "trashy"?

Most Caucasian men I know who like the trashy look in non-Caucasians had mothers who dressed provocatively. The look appeals to them, but it feels wrong for them to find it attractive in Caucasians.

When done well, I don’t think men notice that a woman dyes her hair, bleaches her teeth, or has had cosmetic procedures/surgeries. They just see a woman who looks good.

We live in an affluent neighborhood with many different types of rich wives. There are physician wives who look average. There are lawyer wives who look average and frumpy, look sharp and well put together and former lawyers who married partners. There are women who are very fit who were former college athletes. There are second wives who are like OP’s description who think we are jealous of them, but not.

I don’t think these types of women are the types men want to marry and have children with.

Men are dumb. So many say they want women who don’t wear makeup / are natural etc and then fawn over the very “dolled up” women. They don’t even know what they want and usually just settle for whoever will sleep with them.
