Chris Collingwood and Adam Schlesinger (RIP) of Fountains of Wayne. |
| It’s a bit unclear what OP’s motivation for posting this is. |
| There are more famous grads from Holy Cross and not snobby boarding school kids like Williams. |
| I know hundreds of graduates from this college but have never heard one of them talk about this way. |
| Less than 1% of the population is even remotely aware of Williams. What Williams prestige? No one cares. |
The Troll casts their line.....and fish on! |
Exceptions that prove the rule |
|
There are a lot of Williams grads who went nowhere.
- Williams grad who went nowhere |
| I think the original post was a facetious troll post |
| In my limited experience, the seven sisters and Amherst are the best known LACs. Williams gets a lot of blank stares for some reason |
| ^Maybe Wellesley but no one can name the last other 6 sisters. Colgate and Holy Cross are better known because of their sports profiles. |
Amherst? How random. It has the least opportunities of any of the top lacs. |
| If someone held me down and forced me to name 3 differences between Pomona and Williams beyond location, I'd probably never be able to give an answer. These top lacs are all the same. |
| I love DCUM. Prime entertainment! |
