You need all meals to be protein - forward.
If you have carbs, eat less. A bagel is a lot of carbs, cream cheese isn’t good either. Track your calories. You’re obviously eating too many calories if you’re not losing. Add more protein to the salad - 2 hard boiled eggs. More steak, no wine, no mango - has way too much sugar. Eat high-protein yogurt or a protein shake if you need something more. The zepbound should make you not very hungry. Drink water. If you want to lose weight, eat what a skinny person eats. |
You are eating too many heavy carbs. Replace the bagel with an English muffin if you must have this sort of breakfast (but you should have eggs instead) and if you have that muffin do not also have pasta at night. Drink more water outside of meals and lessen your portions. |
I’m taking compounded trezepitide.
I’ve lost 35 lbs in 8 months. Strength training 3x a week and Pilates 2x a week with 8-10k steps a day. your diet is really hindering your weight loss. Aim for 1 gram of protein per ideal pound of body weight and adjust up or down depending on your activity level. Count your macros and determine ideal daily calorie intake, protein, carb and fat intake. When you are trying to lose fat you still need to watch these things and try to maintain and/or increase your muscle mass. You don’t have to do this tracking forever. Even doing it for just 2 weeks will give you an idea of where you are needing to adjust your eating patterns. Eat 3-4 meals a day to get your protein amount in and try to have 12 hrs of digestive rest overnight and 3 hours of digestive rest between meals. Drink 1/2 your body weight in oz of water, with a minimum of 64 oz. |
That's very low calories and that's a lot of exercise. |
I thought it was supposed to curb your appetite and make you not hungry? I’ve heard people say that have to struggle to eat? |
