They are skeptical about the Trump administration's purported concern about fighting anti-semitism. You can read the letter here. So clearly not all Jews think this sort of thing is a good idea.

Actually, it’s chilling because everyone’s social media is already being scrutinized— if this is true. Think about it. How is it possible to ONLY screen the social media of immigrants— without ALSO screening the social media of everyone that these supposed immigrants interact with? How is it possible to ACCURATELY identify immigrants — and only the immigrants — on social media? So ALL of the John Does who are immigrants get screened—and NONE of the John Does who are citizens do? Sure.
