Sure. Same as Storm Thurmond, who was an ardent racist and put forth policies that hurt African Americans while he was in Senate (yet Strom has a hidden black daughter, whom he paid for her college and wedding).

Trayon is several ranks lower than Bowser re incompetence and dishonesty. I think you would be hard pressed to identify a council member who was simultaneously less intelligent and more duplicitous than Trayon. I will never understand why people compare him to Barry. Barry was highly intelligent, well-spoken and charismatic. Trayon has none of those characteristics. I cannot understand why people are drawn to him in the way people were drawn to Barry -- so much so that they will ignore his criminality.
