Non-alcoholic, end-of-day drinks

I've gotten into tea recently. My current favorite is Blackberry Sage.

In warmer months I like club soda with lime and a splash of bitters, or club soda with cranberry juice.

Tea. Hot or iced, herbal or decaf. Tea spritzers. Other fruit spritzers. Sparkling water.

Casein shakes if/when trying to build muscle.

Herbal tisanes are my go-to. Sugar-free, naturally. I grown my own organic flowers and herbs and dry them in a dehydrator. Mint with ginger is lovely. Can be served warm or cold too depending on the season.

This is a different sort of suggestion, but now they the weather is nicer, instead of a drink to transition you could take a nice walk together.

Stretch your legs for 10 minutes and get some fresh air before starting your evening routine. After a brisk walk you’ll be more likely to want a glass of water instead of wine.

Try making a spiced syrup to add to club soda. You can experiment with the flavors, but something like this is nice (I’d add a dash of chili flakes to give it a kick): https://www.moodymixologist.com/blog/spiced-simple-syrup-recipe

Also wedman's kombucha mixed with some tangerine sparkling water (it's like their kombucha spritzer but way better when you mix it yourself)

NP but oooh, that mango habanero sounds delicious.

OP, if you're beer drinkers, I really like the Athletic nonalcoholic IPAs.

Maybe I'm just lazy but I get some of the 'fancier' seltzer waters and throw in a handful of berries in a wine glass. I cannot do a full-on mocktail and don't really like sweet drinks anyhow.

I like plain sparkling water or seltzer with a dash of bitters. Sometimes I add some fruit juice. I have lots of different kinds!

Some ideas:
With a squeeze each of lemon & lime & angostura
With a bit of freshly squeezed grapefruit and grapefruit or peychauds bitters
Lime and mole bitters
Orange and orange bitters or cardamom bitters

Recess Mood drinks. Available at wegmans.

Mocktail club drinks. Whole Foods has those. Local, woman owned too.

I really like the Izze sodas. I like the blackberry flavor in place of red wine if I want to skip alcohol. They’re not too sweet, which is part of why I like them over regular sodas.

Oy vey, I’d rather be buzzed than obese. This is just displacing alcohol for sweets, carbs, and fats.

Bottled luxury water (still) in a pretty glass is honestly the best and genuinely feels premium rather than just a glass of boring tap water.

Everyone else’s suggestions are sugar waters and “sugar free” carb water which destroy your teeth and stomach.

I use the rosé kombucha for this purpose. (Whole Foods, Wegmans and Giant usually carry it)
Costco sells some other variations

San pellegrino Mommenti are a “grown up” seltzer and juice.

Presentation helps with the “feel” of it all, serve over a large ice ball, or in a wine glass.
