Non-alcoholic, end-of-day drinks

Anonymous
DH and I noticed we've been drinking more than we'd like, primarily because with WFH we've developed a habit of end-of-day drink to transition to the evening.

I'm experimenting with non-alcoholic options. So far, we've enjoyed a few different types of Ginger Beer. What other suggestions do you have for drinks that feel "special" and aren't too much work?

I like the idea of adding bitters. How much do you add?

Hella makes a bitters and soda in a can. I like the grapefruit flavor. Zero alcohol.

I like the Topo Chico tangerine and ginger sparkling water. It tastes a little like original French Orangina without being sugary.

Also the Maison Perrier blackberry.

I drink these plain.

I like Nope brand from wegmans. They have a mango habenero to die for.

Also wedman's kombucha mixed with some tangerine sparkling water (it's like their kombucha spritzer but way better when you mix it yourself)
