Hate towards H1-B visa holders

I am hiring 2 programming/analyst positions now. Starting salary ~ 90K. Hybrid and remote positions. I have 500 applications and the majority are on student visa or requesting assistance with work visa.

The same reason that musk wants more H-1B visas. Hiring from the third world is cheaper and reduces labor costs. It's definitely not about finding qualified us workers.

Yes since there are over half a million people in the US working on the H-1B visa program and this puts downward pressure on domestic salaries which benefits the billionaires.

Large companies are now not going to hire Americans
