forget about that. Sexual harassment is super prevalent there. Bosses ask hires to sleep with them or no promotion for a while. HR doesn't help and just ask boss to apologize to the new hires. WTF

I know a lot of people who have worked there for over a decade. They neither love it nor hate it. It’s a job and pays pretty well.

It also depends on the team. The culture in Audit is way different than a Tech team in Card.

A lot of them also have no basis of comparison. It’s the only company they’ve worked for so they don’t know any different.

Serious question. What companies in the DC area have comparable pay and benefits and a better culture? I’ve worked at Capital One and a few other companies and didn’t see a huge difference. Maybe I’m applying to the wrong companies or missing something.

Ya, I have seen it. Bosses openly harass employees and some of them sleep with them too. Very common at Richmond location.

I didn’t have a negative experience at Wells Fargo and their pay/benefits were comparable.

Wells Fargo has a terrible reputation for how they treat employees.

All PPs are right. I worked there for 3 years and due to my shitty personally I was “encouraged” to leave. I joined Carlyle and love it here, high performers are given a lot of responsibility AND resources. OP can take a look at our jobs in DC!

same with me, worked for a while but constantly got harassed by my bosses during all the happy hours they do.

Yes, it’s all true. It’s toxic.


Spouse works there. Sadly, all of the above is true. The performance review system is worse than Hunger Games.
