I know a lot of people who have worked there for over a decade. They neither love it nor hate it. It’s a job and pays pretty well.
It also depends on the team. The culture in Audit is way different than a Tech team in Card. |

Serious question. What companies in the DC area have comparable pay and benefits and a better culture? I’ve worked at Capital One and a few other companies and didn’t see a huge difference. Maybe I’m applying to the wrong companies or missing something. |
Ya, I have seen it. Bosses openly harass employees and some of them sleep with them too. Very common at Richmond location. |
I didn’t have a negative experience at Wells Fargo and their pay/benefits were comparable. |

| All PPs are right. I worked there for 3 years and due to my shitty personally I was “encouraged” to leave. I joined Carlyle and love it here, high performers are given a lot of responsibility AND resources. OP can take a look at our jobs in DC! |
