I agree. With all this merger and losing money on the gas contracts during COVID, I am surprised to see this bank is still surviving. Expenditure from employees and managers is at the next level.

It's pretty excessive because you really can't say such glowing things after just a few weeks, yet I see these posts over and over again.

Freddie Mac does this also. Only way they get good LinkedIn reviews is from new employees

This. It's a pay-for-performance culture. Low performers are culled, high performers are rewarded. So comments here likely reflect where someone is on the curve in their part of the company. People who want to do the minimum to get by, probably won't.

The topic is on overall culture at CapOne. Harassment happens at every level and favoritism is rapid. Do you really think all the senior level folks at CapOne are there because of their performance. Think again!

No axe to grind here, I'm sure.

Sure, maybe you are one of the harassers that think it is ok to do that. Have some sympathy and don't support the culture.

I worked for big 4, UBS, Carlyle, PNC and a startup full of bullies and cap 1 takes the crown 😆

If you work for McDonald’s I can see cap1 has wonderful culture (to you).
