Yes, you lost muscle, more than 7 pounds of it also, as you would have gained some fat in the meantime as well. Example - you lost around 15 pounds of muscle mass and gained 8 pounds of fat, so the scale reads just 7 pounds less.
You need to eat more. Alcohol is fine, just not with meals.
You walk too much also. Try speed walking 2-3 miles instead.
