[/quote] Yes, you lost muscle, more than 7 pounds of it also, as you would have gained some fat in the meantime as well. Example - you lost around 15 pounds of muscle mass and gained 8 pounds of fat, so the scale reads just 7 pounds less. You need to eat more. Alcohol is fine, just not with meals. You walk too much also. Try speed walking 2-3 miles instead. [/quote] Op - not walking the 7 miles because of exercise. Walking a dog who is very high energy and also running after kids. It all ends up adding up to around 7 miles a day. [/quote]
