how did Princess Kate not lose her hair?

I really don't think Kate wears wigs or extensions. Her hair seems to be her own. It's thinning, due to age and illness, but she has a stylist and regular blowouts.

The hair coming from the back of the neck and over her shoulders are extensions, the color doesn’t even match the rest of her hair, the extensions are darker. I didn’t know about extensions until I saw an actress one day with shoulder hair and then a pap pic of her on set with long hair. Take a look at the beginning of Birdman with Michael Keaton. He takes a wig/hair piece off. I was amazed it was a hair piece. Men’s toupees are getting much better, if they are willing to spend the money on a good one. Same for female wigs.

Interesting. My back of the neck hair comes forward sometimes and it is darker but also my real hair.

Same. The darker hair difference is actually more authentic to me than a "tell" that it's not her hair.

PP here. That's the point. Tamoxifen is preventive. As somebody else here said, preventive chemo isn't like what we traditionally think of as chemo.
