I was wondering that too.

I did a search and this is all that came up, I guess threads can be deleted? But why did that one get deleted?

No idea. Someone constantly gets any thread about Navy locked and deleted. Yet other threads about other schools get to remain.

FCPS brushing under the rug incompetent administration. 30 staff gone. Certainly more to come. All they care about is their career and doing minimal work. We must complain beyond FCPS.

Lots of reasons. Bus transit times conflict with after school activities.

It takes 3 minutes to drive to school vs 40 minutes by bus.

Prior incidents on buses.

Inconsistent arrival times of buses. Bus was consistently 20 min late to school.

Bus HVAC issues.

Also, there are major behavior issues on the bus. I want my kid away from those losers.

Bus overcrowding and taking too long to go 2 miles. Admin incompetent. No teacher in 6th. Kids fighting in cafeteria and incidents. Giving grade D- to school administration. I believe they are putting all resources to lower grade. 6 grade is forgotten. Very sad. Once great and sought after school. Someone with competency needs to step in and offer assistance asap.

Because you crazy mamas post a new Navy thread at least once a month and it's insane. I reported that thread because this one already exists about the exact same thing. I hope it's one person who just hates their kid's school that posts over and over again, but if not, you guys have a real parent problem.

Sorry your BFF got caught drunk driving and had to leave the school so that you're no longer getting preference.

I have a hard time believing that it's only Navy that all of these huge issues with its busses. The rest of us (there are what, almost 200 schools in FCPS) don't start kiss and ride threads about our schools every two weeks. I'd love to be a fly on the wall at your PTO meetings, LOL.

You just wait until next year when your child does not have a teacher and ever changing subs and unruly classes. Let's just see how you feel then. My kid will be in middle school and then I will be laughing at you.

Is it possible that they can't find a full-time teacher because the parent community at this school has a horrible reputation?

I see you didn't deny that you don't like the current principal. We all know why. Don't even try to hide it.
