You won’t firm up in two weeks. As a beginner, building muscle that quickly just isn’t in the cards. If you want to take off some of the puff though do keto. I don’t believe in keto as a sustainable long-term thing. But if you just want to look a little leaner in two weeks, that’s one trick.

I’ll tell you what make me feel and look more toned in the thighs very quickly: running stairs. I have a public staircase near me that’s 4+ flights. I jog/walk there, then run the stairs until my thighs burn. I feel so great afterward. I do it for mental health, mostly, but the thighs are a nice benefit. |
If the op waited until 2 weeks before a beach vacation to get in shape she has a better chance of winning powerball than 3 hours of cardio a day. Losing water weight and maybe a pound or two from diet is about it. Odds are the weight will be back on in 24 hours of the vacation anyway. Just get some clothes that hide areas of concern and minimize photos. |

Cardio does not build muscle! This won’t do ANYTHING to change the appearance of OP’s body, at best she will sweat out some water weight. Being a smaller version of your current body shape doesn’t = looking “toned” or having muscle. It’s just your same body but slightly smaller. The look OP wants comes from losing fat and building muscle, neither of which are done in 2 weeks. |
Intermittent fasting, decrease your carbs, drink lots of water, no alcohol, get at least 10K steps per day aiming for 20K, no eating 2-3 hours before bedtime and aim for 7-8 hours of sleep/night.
Won't lose too much weight in 2 weeks but it'll definitely help you de-bloat and look refreshed. Get some cute vacation clothes and enjoy your trip! |

Do as many ab exercises as you can. Everyday. While eating 1200 for the next 2 weeks. |
Walk and do some videos every day. You will feel better because at least you did something. I try to get exercise on beach days. Makes me feel more toned and better about my body, even though I probably don’t look any different. The biggest difference is I feel positive instead of self loathing. |
