When I talk about posters who are mentally ill, I am not referring to people who simply oppose Biden or support Trump. I am referring to posters who have obvious behaviors that are not consistent with normal human behavior. One of those relevant to this discussion is an insistence on posting in a forum on which you are clearly not welcome even when such posts require significant effort and repeated attempts, all of which culminate in your post being removed. Would any mentally healthy individual engage in such behavior for years on end?

You mean like the LWNJ who writes inarticulate, crazed lies and whose posts keep getting deleted? The one you mentioned earlier?

I'm the PP. Thanks for responding. I have long suspected that a lot of the right-leaning posters, especially MAGA ones, are from outside the area because the DC metro area tends to lean left. It also makes sense that they tend to post a lot more than the average poster given the anger and cultish behavior that motivates many of them. It seems that they've found your DC-based site and are getting an adrenaline boost from messing with the "urban elites" and "libs" on your site. The best thing for those of us that don't embrace the MAGA perspective and frequent the Politics forum is to not engage with these folks because they are not arguing in good faith. Watch them come after me in 3, 2, 1 seconds...
