You do know Kate's situation is not permanent. FFS, she will be up and running at Easter. I'm sure she can cover what a 70+ year old can.

But she won't. William and Kate are the lazy ones. Check the roster of royal engagements each year. Zoom calls count, and they can barely pull a few "engagements" every month. Much less a load like Princess Anne.

Her current workload as princess is not the same as what it will be when she’s queen. She’s going to have some other issues over her lifetime that may not allow her to do 100% and who is the backup? There isn’t a full pool of 30/40/20-year-olds like there was for the queen.
