We often give berries with coconut shavings and a few chocolate or pb chips. Occasionally I'll melt dark chocolate and dip strawberries or sliced bananas in it and then freeze a tray of that. In the summer when melon is in season I'll ball some melon which they really like, or cut it up but then give it to them with chopsticks. Most of our desserts are fruit-based, as you can see.

Could you start with fancy fruit? Pomegranate for dessert is a hit at our house in the winter, with supremed citrus a close second.

+1. If your kid likes fruit, try different types.

Frozen blueberries, still frozen. Add a little plain yogurt and honey if you want.

+1 to “banana ice cream” made from frozen slices of banana in the food processor.

“Breakfast Cookies” are also reasonably healthy, especially if you want to slip a little extra protein in https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/food-network-kitchen/crispy-cakey-chocolate-chip-cookies-recipe-2107267

My kids eat plenty of fruit for desert we do either those fruit popsicles or mini TJ ice cream cones or sandwiches or mini blue bunny cones etc. or a few jelly beans or a few gummy worms or an Oreo. I don’t know we just do real desert. They don’t like chocolate covered fruit they just like plain fruit and berries. Or maybe homemade apple cake or zucchini bread with choc chips. It’s not too healthy or unhealthy we just do small portions.

Fresh fruit with Nutella or a fruit dip.

Parfaits. You can get creative with fruit, whipped cream, Greek yogurt, pudding, pie filling, peanut butter, granola, graham cracker crumbs, pieces of angel food cake, whatever you like.

One of my kids loved to spread strawberry cream cheese on Ritz crackers.

Baked apples

I’m a fruit PP but we like these and Trader Joe’s frozen mochi, too! Costco frozen mochi is even better but we don’t go there so we have to rely on having it at friends’ houses.

My kids love baked apples - I just add a pat of butter to the air fryer, slice an apple while the butter melts, add the apple and toss in some cinnamon and it’s ready in like 5 mins! You can do several apples at a time and save it as a topping for yogurt, oatmeal etc. Would be good with a sprinkle of sugar too but it doesn’t need it.
