Is there something you do purposefully to irritate people?

Because you live in the DMV and your life sucks.

This is how you get a lawnmower collision.

I don’t think you’re getting the win you think you are. “Exactly what I said.” Then you’re stuck. If you play dumb asking them to explain, they can just call you stupid.

Ha no because when they explain it’s like “well you know the joke is funny because women talk a lot, get it?” and then nobody laughs. And if a jerk leaves the conversation thinking I’m the stupid one I am okay with that.

I throw late night parties with loud outdoor music to annoy my lib neighbors. I played Rush Limbaugh on my phone speaker while waking my dog until he died.

What if somebody is just going the speed limit?? I think it’s odd to go the speed limit to get back at somebody but it really is okay to go the speed limit in the right lane or when it’s one lane. I always go the speed limit if it’s 25 mph because it’s low for a good reason and it’s irritating when people tailgate me because they are clearly frustrated about it. Going 30 in a residential neighborhood is what is unsafe, not going the speed limit.

+1. I always drive the speed limit. To those who don’t like it, plan your time better.

Generally I agree, but you have to pace yourself with the majority of the traffic. If everyone is going 10 mph over the speed limit except for you, you are the one more likely to cause an accident.

You walked your dog to death? Omg

No, not intentionally because I wouldn’t want to be mean for no reason at all.

Wait I was once at the playground with my daughter who was two.
I had my phone out and was taking photos along with also making a cute video.
Well a grumpy Karen walked by and I think she assumed I was my daughter’s nanny as my daughter is mixed race and she has dark hair/eyes while I do not.
Said Karen exclaimed loudly “Maybe if you focused on your charge as much as you focused on your damn phone your charge wouldn’t be all covered in chalk!”

Yes my daughter had been drawing on the sidewalk with colorful chalk and was in fact dirty!
I was so shocked I didn’t say a word!! 😮
However when I saw this same woman at the park a few wks later, I intentionally acted like I was video chatting someone as I blocked her right-of-way on the sidewalk for a hot second.

She then knowingly looked at me, smiled and apologized.

I don't understand. She was a b**ch to you, then when you met again, you were annoying to her, she smiled knowingly (about what?) and apologized to you? If she's a grumpy Karen why did she apologize? What changed?

NP here. Another thing you have to consider is the damage an accident is going to have. If you get a crash going 70 mph or above then the drivers involved are almost certainly going to die. Hitting a pedestrian at 25 mph will likely not cause serious injury but hitting them at 35 will almost certainly cause serious injury or death. I’m not actually a stickler for speed limits but they do matter.

Nope. That’s not what the law says. Again plan your time better.

I'm less concerned about the law than about not causing an accident. And if you think police are going to ticket everyone, when everyone is speeding, you're wrong. It's funny to me that you're saying "plan your time better" because I am actually a cautious and slow driver, but when literally every car on the road is passing me, I realize that I better speed up a bit.

The issue with going slow, or holding up traffic, or not using the left lane for passing only is that you are a liability.

In many states and jurisdictions, it is considered aggressive driving and punishable by law. Seems many of you need driving school. NP here.

It’s okay. My car is a mess anyway. Always dirty, dings and scratches. Probably makes her even more furious, which of course is the goal.

You are a self aware adult, capable and deserving of a driver's license, that is why. You have to be pretty bitter and miserable to be this inconsiderate and aggressive as OP. Be grateful you are not her! It is not about the driving, at all.

You do you. I’ll be sure to give a friendly honk and a wink as you pass!
