That sounds disgusting.

Nope. Just dislike green or white sauces.

This is a good combo. I would put the garlic and onion mostly underneath the chicken so they don't burn

Thank you so much! I can buy smoked paprika and do this one. So happy to have found something that should work!

I make this spice mix, and my kids love it.

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Just buy "chicken rub" in the spice aisle.

Lemon, garlic, thyme.

You could replace thyme with oregano, or basil.

Jane's Krazy Original Mixed-Up Salt is amazing!! We put that *bleep* on everything (including chicken breast with EVOO).

Salt, paprika, touch of turmeric, garlic paste or powder, coriander, lemon zest. Add oregano, basil or parsley. Maybe a little of hot chilly pepper.

I'd do salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (smoked if you are adventurous), and the fox point seasoning from penzey's was a good suggestion. You can do mix of these together.

You can't go wrong with salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika though. Use more than you think you need. It's very simple. But it will add a bit of flavor.

Serve with a lemon wedge and more salt.

Chicken breasts are boring. Buy some thighs

Montreal chicken seasoning.

The internet says it has
Garlic, Onion, Salt, Spices and Herbs (Including Black Pepper, Parsley, Red Pepper, Paprika), Orange Peel & Green Bell Pepper.

Poultry seasoning (but you’d need to add some salt), Lawry’s, and the lemon pepper or Montreal Chicken someone mentioned.

I recently bought this and I’m obsessed. It tastes great on veggies and chicken, so it makes a super easy sheet pan supper!

Ah, the color bothers you, just like my 3yo.

Wrap it in a piece of prosciutto and bake it 22 minutes at 400°.
