Spices for somewhat plain chicken breast?

Anonymous
I want to bake skinless chicken breast with EVOO and some spices. Nothing "spicy" but I don't want it to be completely dull either. Which do you recommend?

I would bake it in Pesto.

That sounds disgusting.

OP here: just to clarify - I'm looking to pour a little EVOO on a piece of chicken and then sprinkle some spices on top before baking. Trying to keep things very simple here.

I like to mix chili garlic paste, peanut butter, soy sauce and a little rice vinegar and sesame oil.

Penzeys Fox Point Seasoning or Arizona Dreaming.

Ok, sorry, that does sound a bit dull.

Browse the Penzeys spice blends. I like the Revolution, Bavarian, and Mural of Flavor blends.

There's nothing wrong with simple on a hectic weeknight! It can still be tasty without a lot of work.

You have an eating disorder, correct?

Nothing, it’s boring. Put some bread crumbs and pan fry

I like to marinate a chicken breast in olive oil, lemon juice (bottled is okay) and sprinkle lemon pepper on top. Another, marinate balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

This is a good combo. I would put the garlic and onion mostly underneath the chicken so they don't burn
