Just ask her about the clothes. Mount cleaner puts clothes in places I would never have expected.

Again, my clothes were on hangers in my closet.

My iPad was on an end table in the main living area along with about 5 books I go between. There is always a stack there so I didn't notice it missing right away.

You're not going to get it back. Even if you catch her stealing a new item she'll say she doesn't have the older items. You need to mentally let it go, and just fire her.
