I remembered Panera being a decent stop when I was out doing chores about 20 years ago. Things tasted freshly made, even if not fresh. Maybe it was just where it was, but I've tried a couple different ones on the road in the last 2 years, and it all seems pretty mushy and not that appealing. |
| Everyone has some sort of trash food they like. I'm a total food snob yet really like pigs in a blanket. A friend of mine is also a food snob but she thinks meatballs in grape jelly are excellent. We will be in the nursing home arguing about these things. |
| What about that viral tiktok that said they're eliminating most of their menu items? Did anyone hear about this? |
| The food is fine, but the locations have been a mess since they started the Unlimited Sip Club. I'm always happy to have Panera catered lunch, but I rarely eat there anymore. |
| I used to like it a lot but now I think it’s tasteless garbage. I think the quality has gone down. Maybe bc I remember the good ol’ days of Panera, it’s more pronounced to me? |
Why choose? I like both of those things 🤣 |
I don’t understand why dcum is considered to have elevated taste in food. Pigs in a blanket, nothing Bundt cakes, rotel dip, baked ziti, etc are recommended way too often here. Dcum tastes seem pretty typically American to me. |
Nothing Bundt Cakes has the best commercial gluten free cake ever. For that I will never forsake them. |
| I don’t go out of my way to go there, but have no problem with it - I like the green goddess salad and tomato soup. |
The flatbread pizzas were awful. They can go. |
| Panera food is fine. Dcum has a weird hatred of it. |
When one is a food snob, they can only love one trashy thing. That's why. |
This is what I get. We usually stop when on the road. Better than Subway or Burgers. |
I like some things at Panera - and I don't really care what anyone else thinks
|
| I like Panera occasionally when I’m traveling but some of it is deceptively unhealthy. I thought the pizza was pretty good for fast casual pizza. I also like the green goddess salad. |
