I would worry about osteoporosis at her age. I cannot imagine how frail she's going to be by 65.

pp actually ears. I am 52 and eat like a pro basketball player and I weigh 135 at 5'7. Not all thin people have eating disorders.

Nah, I hover around 120 which is just the way I’ve always been, even after 4 kids. But 17th is a big difference on a small frame.

I don't. I'm mid-50s and 5'2". I'm supposed to be under 1200 calories just to maintain. Everyone is different but I've been gaining weight like crazy since hitting 50 so have done BMR testing, etc.

FYI Heidi denies saying she eats only 900 calories a day.

And to the PP poster, agreed, at 5'1" my daily metobilic needs are low. It takes very little to keep me alive!

It is literally her job to be thin. Thank God my job doesn't require me to look any certain way.
