| Cutting it all off seems extreme. I shave/trim aggressively but still leave a triangle. |
| I do a trim to keep things tidy, every once in a while shave the whole thing. DH has a mild preference for natural shape but trimmed a bit. This is also what I prefer as it’s easy to maintain. Personally, there is no way I’d want to deal with the upkeep of a full shave or wax and I find the hair gets uncomfortable when it’s completely grown out. |
Re swimsuits: I shave my bikini line before going to the pool or wear boyshort bottoms if I don’t want to bother |
| I keep the bush but use trimmers to make it short. Wax the bikini line. Everyone happy |
| 42 Wax the backside, full bush in front, was the bikini line. |
So the pubic version of a fade 😂 |
| I fully wax it off along with my underarms and lower legs. I love to feel smooth and my once dense bush is now more of a desert scrub even when I skip a wax. Currently 38. I go to European Wax Center because I find their hard wax low(er) pain and super fast. |

Trim. Shave outliers so they don't stick out of swimsuits
It's OK to where classy swimsuits. |

46 here. I never understood waxing it all off, though I was definitely an outsider among friends in my 20s.
I still do what I’ve been doing for years - trim with a shaver, and if I’m wearing a bathing suit, I shave anything that would show. |
No fade, barren desert to full jungle. No subtle transition. |
| Some trimming, no shaving or waxing most of the time. Before I wear a bathing suit I shave my bikini line |
| If you are elderly, lazy or gross you don't wax or shave it all off. Do better for your own self dignity and your partners leaving hair is unsanitary and unesthetic. Men also groom so it goes both ways. The gross 70s and 80s ended awhile ago |
To each their own… |
It’s amazing how some people feel no hesitance about saying hurtful things. |
| 38. I still get a Brazilian and wax my legs and underarms, too. |
