Op here. So the home covid test was negative. I am so frustrated.

Call your doctor OP.

And, going forward, wear a mask inside as much as possible.

May take a few days for test to be positive.
So sorry you are going through this.

You might have the flu.

What are you doing hygiene wise that you keep getting sick?

Go get a drive thru PCR test at a cvs or Walgreens. Your insurance should cover most of the cost since you have symptoms

If you have had COVID three times, you are not wear a kn95 or n95 when indoors other than your house. You need to start doing that - wearing a mask indoors in public - if you want to decrease your chances of getting COVID over and over.

I mask indoors other than my house and anvoid crowded indoor places like church where I can’t physically distance and I haven’t gotten COVID yet, knock on wood.

If OP has been sick since Saturday and still isn’t testing positive she doesn’t have Covid. She’s being dramatic.

Op here. I have small children and I work full time. One of my kids has profound special needs and has a ton of doctor and therapy appointments.

I avail myself of daycare, therapies, etc for my children so I can work.

Work also mandated return to office, 3 days a week.

We don’t really take any precautions besides washing hands frequently. It just feels like a lost cause.

I've been sick with a virus for three weeks now, much worse than covid. I had covid last August, took Paxlovid, it was like a mild cold for about a week then gone. This cold or flu or whatever started as a sore throat, then sneezing and nose blowing, achy and tired, then the cough, kept getting worse, turned into pneumonia, been on antibiotics and steroids for 5 days and am just starting to feel it start to go away. Still feeling weak and tired and sick. I'll take covid any day.

I don't understand how OP could have covid at least twice and still be wondering if maybe Paxlovid might help.

Well, it’s not a lost cause. I’ve been masking indoors and haven’t gotten covid yet.

No she is not dramatic, she feels like crap. And yes she absolutely could have COVID. I had COVID for the 2nd time and didn't test positive until day 4. Also, antigen tests are notoriously unreliable when it comes to negative results.

Op here. I’m so sorry you’ve been so sick! That sounds awful!!! You’ve never been able to figure out what it is?

The first time I had COVID was early in the pandemic and paxlovid didn’t exist. The 2nd time I tried to get it but was unable. I thought the consensus was that it didn’t help very much.
