Do you wear underwear with workout pants

Of course I wear underwear, and I don’t understand people who don’t.

I have always worn underwear. It seems so odd not to. But then I've never been comfortable going commando.

I don’t wear them with leggings, but I also don’t leak.

If you really hate how the leggings look with underwear and can’t stand things, some of the period underwear brands make leggings that have built on absorbency material in the gusset.

Also some legging brands have better gussets than others. For instance, lululemon is only single layer of material, but Beyond Yoga has a double layer gusset.

Yes and when I’m done they’re drenched in sweat!

Yes. It cuts down on chafing and stick by trapping the smell in better to the underwear.

This. Wear a liner if you are worried about moisture/smell.

Always cotton underwear, esp with spandex or tight fitting work out gear. A warm, moist spot is perfect for an infection

Of course not - the best thing about wearing workout pants is not wearing undies!
