If you really hate how the leggings look with underwear and can’t stand things, some of the period underwear brands make leggings that have built on absorbency material in the gusset. Also some legging brands have better gussets than others. For instance, lululemon is only single layer of material, but Beyond Yoga has a double layer gusset. |

Always cotton underwear, esp with spandex or tight fitting work out gear. A warm, moist spot is perfect for an infection |
