Be active among Republicans and get someone like that nominated. Democrats will not select someone with those positions. Republicans many times do nominate pro-choice and elect pro-choice candidates, but they are usually pretending to be more conservative on other issues and are really just about getting the lobbying money.

You boost the economy, but with a larger population that means less GPD per capita= less standard of living. It is great for people with more money to have cheaper labor.
