| It’s fine. Try to get to a 6 though. Im 5’4, size 4, 138 lbs. i have to work on my abs. |
| Yes. I suppose I'm the only honest one here. At 5'4" you should be Size 2-4. I'm 5'4", mostly size 2, some size 0s, depending on the cut. I weight 124 and have a muscular frame. |
Wow, I hope you don’t have any daughters before your eating disorder and body image issues are resolved. |
| B-itches!!!!! |
I love how confident with eating disorders are on this site |
| What’s your weight? Sizing is kind of meaningless these days. |
Lol. I’m 5’4” with a 30 H bra size. The idea that I could ever fit in a size 2-4 anything is laughable. Petite is a proportion thing, not a weight thing. |
| I’m between size 6-8 with a 19 percent body fat at 5’5”. I don’t view myself as heavy. |
Guess you have no boobs. |
At 124 lbs, 5'2", I was wearing size 8. |
5’4 and same bfp but a size 2 or even 0 depending on brand. I would not use clothing size to determine if you are heavy or not as body type can impact clothing size a lot and with all the vanity sizing out there it’s arbitrary in the first place |

At 5'4", a size 8 would be 150-160 lbs? 160lbs at 5'4" is BMI 27.5, overweight but not obese.

| Yes. |
| It depends on your frame, I guess, but as a 5’4” woman, I’d say yes. I have an average build (i.e., my bones aren’t tiny, I’m not particularly narrow) and my bra size is 30F. I hovered around 125-130 (size 4-6) for my entire adult life and was always on the larger end of my friends who were the same height. About two years ago lost ~15 lbs, which I have maintained. I weigh 112-115 now and look much better, though still not super thin. I still have pudge on my stomach and saddlebags. It is definitely frame-specific to an extent, though. I went down to 106 after losing my appetite due to severe stress a few months ago and I looked unwell at that weight, though I have friends who weigh that and look great. I need the extra pounds apparently. So I would say that an 8 at 5’4” seems somewhat big without knowing anything else, but muscle mass and frame come into it as well. |
