We have a bike that we bought in 2020. We love it. No real issues. I think we had one time we were charged for IFit (which I love) renewal even though we had already prepaid for 3 years of it. They resolved it, but it did take some work. |
Horrible product. I have a Nordic Track S22i studio cycle. It lasted 2 years. At that point Nordic Track offered NO service, even if I were willing to pay for a repair technician, saying there was no one within two hours of my zip code - although they had no trouble getting it out here in the first place. Don't waste your money. |
Purchased a NT elliptical in August 2020. Also bought the 4 year maintenance. I had a problem about a year ago. Called the service number and actually got a live person. Parts took forever due to covid, but I did get the parts and a service person to come to my home and fix the machine. Fast forward to Jan 2024. I now have another problem with the elliptical incline motor. You cannot get through to the service number nor do they call you back. I tried the chat line, twice. Both times the chat line sent me a link to another service where I was to pay $1 to chat with a technician (followed by an anytime cancelable $55/mo fee).
I told the chat people (might have been a robot) that I still had an active service agreement with NordicTrac that is valid until August 2024. Nope, sent me again to the pay-to-talk-to-a-technician link. Bottom line, current service is bad. Call center is impossible to get thru to and the chat line is indifferent to your needs. Buy something else, or join the YMCA. |
The absolutely WORST customer service ever. Was on hold for over an hour. Wanted to get a technician to come out for maintenance, they charged over 160 dollars, he spent literally 5 minutes and told me I needed a new part. I called their repair company and was told over 500 dollars. So over all over 650 dollars. While IFit is fun their customer service is terrible. I wont buy another of their products. |
I've used their customer service once and they sent out someone right away to fix my exercise bike. I've also loved the ifit program. |

Terrible customer service! Purchased in June 2023, started having issues about a month later. Have called numerous times. Someone came out Jan. 3. Still waiting on parts. Every time I call they say they don’t have my problem on file. Absolutely ridiculous! My year warranty will be up before I can use it. |

Just to provide recent experience on Nordic Track customer service: I ordered and received an I-fit elliptical in December 2023. The truck arrived after dark, and I had no idea they had taken out a part of my garage roof and gutter. Our security camera documented it incredibly well though as they did the damage right next to the camera. Nordic track would only provide contact info for the shipper. I promptly sent them video and still documentation of the damage, and the repair bill a month later. Since submitting those, we get no response by email, and when calling them (Select Express also dba "AIT") they hang up once I supply my invoice number. This shipping Co has an F, "fail" rating from the BBB and apparently ships for Nordic Track nationwide despite their reputation and numerous similar complaints online. Our repair bill was higher than the cost of the nordic Track elliptical!!! My advice: Nothing has changed Stay away! Plenty of competitors out there who can do better! |
Terrible customer service and terrible machines. Had our $3k treadmill for less than a week and the app has crashed 4 times. The software has bugs that make the belt not start. Machine runs like it was built in the 90s. After talking to 5+ people and spend hours over three days we had the choice to keep the machine or return it for $550. We are gladly choosing to pay for them to remove this trash. If your goal is to lose money, buy from them. |
I ordered a R35 exercise bike on 7/18/24 with white glove assembly. Bike was delivered and assembled incorrectly on 7/31/24. NordicTrac ordered third party service for re-assembly which was scheduled out another 2 weeks. A request for an equipment return was made, but was advised I had to pay all fees and they were unwilling to assist with the fee policy. This is a factual transaction. |
AVOID Nordic Track at ANY cost. My treadmill lasted less than two years and they can not get a Tech in my area. They advertise a warranty they cant honor |

IT STOPPED WORKING AFTER A COUPLE OF MONTHS ( I USED IT 4 TIMES) THEY WILL NOT SEND A SERVICE TECHNICIAN AND THEY SEND YOU THE PARTS AND YOU HAVE TO FIX IT YOURSELF WHICH IS IMPOSIBLE UNLESS YOU ARE AN ELECTRICIAN!!! THIS PEOPLE ARE SHAMELESS |
